Two of our Tata Tigor EVs on the ridge road above Gurugram.

All-electric cabs we own and dispatch ourselves, a chauffeur from our own roster, a camera in the cabin on every ride, and a four-digit code that starts the trip only when you are in the car.

How we keep you safe

What every Nandi ride includes

  • Camera-monitored cabs

Every cab carries a driver-monitoring camera, and the fleet is run centrally by our own dispatch team.

  • Our cars, our chauffeurs

Nandi owns the vehicles and rosters the chauffeurs. Dispatch assigns each ride ahead of time — never a stranger’s car.

  • Seven-star service

Nandi’s own promise: a well-behaved chauffeur, a water bottle, candies and tissues, and a clean, fresh-smelling cabin.

  • All-electric

An EV-only fleet — quiet, clean and charged at the depot before every shift.

  • Start code and live tracking

A four-digit code starts the ride only when you are in the car. Name, plate and live position before pickup.

Safety

Safer, by design.

Safety here is a set of mechanisms, not a promise: a driver-monitoring camera in every cab, and chauffeurs from Nandi’s own roster driving cars our dispatch team assigns.

Every car in the fleet carries the Nandi wordmark, and every car belongs to us.
  • A driver-monitoring camera in every cab

Fitted in the cabin, and part of how a centrally operated fleet is run.

Diagram, not a photograph — the camera’s actual field of view is not shown to scale.
  • Company-owned, centrally dispatched

No bidding for your ride, no cancellations chasing a better fare.

  • A four-digit start code

The ride begins only when you are in the car and you share the code.

  • Your chauffeur, named before pickup

You get the chauffeur’s name, the number plate and the car’s live position on a map the moment they are on their way.

Mechanisms

For women travelling alone.

The same five things are true of every ride we run. They are the ones that matter most when you are the only passenger.

A Kia Carens with its rear door open: second-row seats and a seat-back organiser holding water bottles and tissues.
Water bottles and tissues in every car, stocked for the shift.
  • A camera in the cabin

A camera in the cabin monitors the driver on every ride, and dispatch can see every car.

  • A chauffeur employed by Nandi, not a stranger’s car

The chauffeur is our employee, the car is ours, and dispatch made the pairing — not proximity.

  • The chauffeur’s name and plate, before pickup

Before the car moves, you already know who is coming and what they are driving.

  • The start code is yours

Your ride starts only when you give the four-digit code.

  • Live tracking

The car’s position on a live map from the moment the chauffeur is on their way.

None of this is something you have to ask for: it is how the fleet is run, on every ride and for every passenger. These are mechanisms, not guarantees — we would rather tell you exactly what is in the car than promise you a feeling.

Inside the car

Seven-star service, every ride.

“Seven-star” is Nandi’s own promise to you — not a rating, and not a score anyone has given us.

The car is checked at the depot before every shift — from tyres and charge cable to the water bottle in the door.

The fleet

Four tiers. Every one of them electric.

Choose the car for the occasion. Each tier is quoted separately at booking, so you always see what the upgrade costs.

Fare honesty

The fare you see is the fare you pay.

  1. Quoted before you confirm

You see the full fare for the tier you pick, on the booking screen, before anything is confirmed.

  2. Locked at booking

The fare does not move after you book. There is no bidding and no recalculation at the end of the ride.

  3. Actuals shown as separate lines

Tolls, airport parking, waiting after the chauffeur arrives and any distance beyond an hourly allowance are added at actuals, each as its own line. The GST invoice is in your account when the ride ends.

Late-night driving carries a night charge on outstation and hourly journeys. It is calculated from your pickup time and shown as its own line in the quote before you confirm.

How it works

Three steps from booking to boarding.

  1. Book and see the fare

Pick the service and the tier, enter the journey, and confirm with the full fare in front of you. A one-time code on your phone is all the sign-in you need.

  2. Get your chauffeur

Dispatch assigns a chauffeur and a car from the roster. All three reach you before the car sets off.

  3. Ride, pay, invoice

Share the start code, ride, and pay by cash or UPI to the chauffeur — or let your corporate wallet settle it. The GST invoice is in your account when the ride ends.

Nandi is pre-booked, not hailed. Each ride needs a short lead time so dispatch can assign a chauffeur and car; the booking form shows the earliest pickup available. Book on the web at bookmynandi.com.

For organisations and partners

Built for the people who move others.

Corporate travel, minus the expense claims.

Open a Nandi corporate account and your team books on the same site, against a credit line you control.

  • A running credit line — each booking holds its fare and settles on completion
  • Members choose wallet or cash per ride; personal rides never touch the account
  • One consolidated GST invoice a month, drafted by finance and approved by a second pair of eyes
  • An organisation-wide view of every ride, booking reference and amount

Company cars. Rostered shifts.

Our chauffeurs drive company-owned electric cars on rostered shifts, with rides assigned by dispatch. No bidding for jobs, no fuel bills, no running your own car into the ground.

  • A weekly roster with published shifts
  • The car handed over at the depot, charged and inspected
  • The Saarthi app for today’s trips, navigation and ride-end billing
  • Onboarding in Gurugram with a documents check
Questions

Before you book.

Where does Nandi operate?

We are based in Gurugram and serve Delhi NCR, with airport transfers to and from Delhi’s T1, T2 and T3 and Noida’s Jewar airport. Outstation journeys leave from Gurugram to destinations across North India — Jaipur, Chandigarh and Agra are typical.

Can I book a ride right now?

Nandi is pre-booked, not hailed. Each ride needs a short lead time so dispatch can assign a chauffeur and car; the booking form shows the earliest pickup available. Book on the web at bookmynandi.com today — the Android app is on its way.

How do I pay?

Cash or UPI to the chauffeur at the end of the ride, with the total shown on their screen and yours. Corporate members can pay from their organisation’s wallet instead. Every ride gets a GST invoice in your account.

What happens if I cancel?

Cancelling well ahead of pickup is free. Closer to pickup a percentage of the fare applies. The exact amount is shown before you confirm the cancellation, and any fee due is settled with your next ride.

Are night rides charged differently?

Late-night driving carries a night charge on outstation and hourly journeys. It is calculated from your pickup time and shown as its own line in the quote before you confirm.

Is the fare really final?

The fare is locked when you book. Things that depend on the road — tolls, airport parking, waiting after the chauffeur arrives and any distance beyond an hourly allowance — are added at actuals, each as a separate line on the bill.
