You can delete your Book My Nandi account and the personal data linked to it at any time.
Delete it in the app
- Open the Book My Nandi app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Privacy & Data (DPDP).
- Under Account deletion, tap Delete my account.
- Tap Send verification code, enter the 6-digit code we send to your mobile number, and tap Confirm deletion.
Can't use the app?
Email support@bookmynandi.com with the subject "Delete my account" and the mobile number registered to your account. Before we act, we will contact you on that number to confirm the request came from you.
What happens next
- You have 7 days to change your mind. Until then you can cancel the request from the same screen ("Cancel deletion").
- After 7 days we erase your personal data. The whole process is normally complete within 30 days of your request.
- A deletion request cannot be completed while money is owed on the account, for example an unpaid cancellation fee, or charges on a company account you belong to. It goes ahead once those are settled.
What is deleted, and what we keep

Cab GPS trails are already deleted 7 days after each ride ends. After deletion your mobile number is free to be used for a new account.
